Our client supplies can manufacturing plants globally. We are seeking a good all round administrator to work alongside an Account Administration Manager with top level admin skills who is interested in a new challenge. The role involves:
• Obtaining information from part drawings and entering information onto a sales release • Emailing the sales release to relevant people at the Manufacturing plants • Entering information onto an Access Database • Updating parts list spreadsheet • Checking prices against orders and manufacturing system • Photocopying • Filing • Updating prices on Manufacturing system The role will increase and develop further as your experience in the environment grows.
SO WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE SEEKING?
Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment. Outstanding Microsoft skills – and we mean high Intermediate*Advanced Excellent organisational skills - someone who doesn’t mind working with numbers as there are a lot of part numbers involved.
